I didn’t like my order. Can I get my money back?
 We’re sorry, but all orders from are final sales with very few exceptions, such as product recalls, or damaged or tampered items. And, of course, if we sent you the wrong product by accident, we’ll look to make that right. If you’re unhappy with the product you chose, we suggest you try something different next time you order – we have hundreds of products from Licensed Producers across the country for you to choose from.
My order was tampered with. What do I do?
If you receive product with open packaging or other signs of tampering, we want to know. Snap a photo and send it to us at – a Customer Service Representative will open a ticket for you and work to resolve the problem.
The products I ordered were stale or rotten. What do I do?
